At Delonghi Parts, we want to ensure your appliances are back in working order as quickly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your genuine replacement parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the part has not been installed or used; returned items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned part, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
